Returns & Exchange:

• We do Quality Checked before shipping and make sure not to send any damage product to Consumer.
• Return accepted only within 7 Days.
• Product can be returned and exchanged only if arrived damaged.
• Customer should always, take a video of the package and unpacking
• Process – We need this proof to raise a claim with the courier partner without which we won’t be able to offer compensation for any damage or missing items.
• Tags and original packaging should be intact. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If they receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from their refund.
• Products to be returned should not be washed, crumpled, smelly, or torn. Keep it in its original fold & condition.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• If your delivery location is not covered by our shipping partner, you will need to arrange the return shipment yourself.

• Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 12 hours of placing the order only. Orders cannot be cancel or returned once shipped or delivered.
