Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • COD orders include a Shipping or COD fee.
  • Orders are delivered within 5–6 working days, unless otherwise specified.
  • Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.
  • For any address change, please email elegancebypreeti@gmail.com / info@elegancebypreeti.com or reach us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Kindly contact us for international shipping charges.
  • You may also use your own shipping partner if you prefer.
  • We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require the identity proof for verification.
  • Any customs duty, VAT, or import taxes applicable in the destination country must be paid by the customer.
  • Standard delivery timeline is 7–12 working days, subject to customs clearance.
  • If an international shipment is returned due to non-delivery (RTO), shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Presently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

Note: Handwoven products may include natural variations such as knots, slubs, or texture differences. These are not defects. Please note that customs authorities may open and inspect international shipments as part of their clearance process. Such packages may carry an “Opened for Customs” seal, which is normal and will not be considered as opened, tampered, or damaged.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

If the package arrives damaged or tampered, immediately take photographs of the damaged product / package and mail (elegancebypreeti@gmail.com / info@elegancebypreeti.com ) or WhatsApp (+91 9845204526) the same to us within 24 hours, along with your name and order number.

Our customer service team will get back to you within 1 or 2 days from date of receipt of the mail / WhatsApp on the next steps to initiate the exchange / return.

 

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Yes, you can cancel an order if you inform us within 12 hours of placing order, subject to you informing us before dispatch of product, we will refund the entire amount.
