Returns & Exchange:

• Returns accepted only within 7 Days.
• We supervise and ensure that only genuine and high-quality products are sent to our customers. Each product undergoes a thorough inspection by our team before being shipped to maintain quality standards and ensure the correct product is delivered to you.
• COD returns significantly impact us and result in losses. We kindly request you to review the product details carefully and place an order only if you truly love the product. Your understanding and support mean the world to us!
• Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 12 hours of placing the order only. Orders cannot be cancel or returned once shipped or delivered.
• If you received Damage or Missing product, must record a video of the package and the unpacking process to serve as proof in case of damage or missing items.
• Tags and original packaging should be intact. Items without the original tags will not be accepted. Products to be returned should not be washed, crumpled, smelly, or torn. Keep it in its original fold & condition.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Products brought on sale are cannot be return or exchanged.
• Returns are strictly not accepted for cut Fabrics.
• Jewelry, Jaapi cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If your delivery location is not covered by our shipping partner, you will need to arrange the return shipment yourself.
• If they receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from their refund.
• We will initiate the refund once we have received the product, and our quality team has inspected and approved it. The refund process will be completed within 7 days from the approval date.
