Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  1. Tags and original packaging should be intact. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  2. Products to be returned should not be washed, crumpled, smelly, or torn. Keep it in its original fold & condition.
  3. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. Returns are strictly not accepted for yardage.
  5. Elegance will not have pick up facility for a while. Customers can ship it through India post and we will reimburse the amount.
  6. Exchange can be done once, if you need any further exchange, courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.
  7. Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
  8. Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 2 days of receiving the product would not be accepted. Customers who would want to return their products can reach out to elegancebypreeti@gmail.com
  9. Jewelry, Accessories, Jaapi, Food Items and wellness products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 12 hours of placing the order only. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. You can request your order cancellation through “My Account” or “Return and Exchange” section.

Refund Policy 

  1. We supervised and make sure to send customer a genuine and good product only,
  2. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at elegancebypreeti@gmail.commentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at elegancebypreeti@gmail.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect Product.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  4. Return request that are not raised within 2 days of receiving the product would not be accepted. Customers who would want to return their products can reach out to elegancebypreeti@gmail.com
  5. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
  6. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped
  7. If  you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  8. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer
  9. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
  10. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
  11. If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later.

  13. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  14. If you first opted for an exchange and then would want to return the exchanged product for a refund, you would have to bear the 150 Rs reverse shipping charges.

Exchange Policy: 

  1. Raise an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. You can raise your exchange request through “My Orders” section. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted.
  2. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
  3. No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 2 days of receiving the shipment. In case of  exceptional cases please write to us at elegancebypreeti@gmail.com
  4. You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment.
  5. Elegance will not have pick up facility for a while. You would have to self-ship the product. Customers can ship it through India post or any other reputed courier company, and we will reimburse the amount.
  6. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  7. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
  8. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
  9. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be refunded back to you. You can also opt for credit note for the balance amount, which can be used for your next purchase.
  10. Once you opt for credit note, you cannot en-cash it later.
  11. Products bought during sale are non-refundable
  12. Exchange is possible only once. If you opt to exchange the product the 2nd time, you would have to bear the reverse shipping charges and forward shipping charges , which would cost you 300 INR.
