Refund and Returns Policy

Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy:

At Elegance by Preeti, we are committed to making your shopping experience delightful. Every product undergoes thorough quality checks before shipping to ensure only genuine and high-quality items are delivered to you.

We do not deny returns or exchanges; however, as a small business, COD returns significantly impact us and result in losses. We kindly request you to review the product details carefully and place an order only if you truly love the product. Your understanding and support mean the world to us!

We understand that certain circumstances may require returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below for a seamless resolution:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange
  • Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned in the product description. Please review this carefully before purchase.
  • Returns are accepted only for wrong or damaged products delivered.
  • Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis for genuine reasons. 
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
  1. Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests beyond this time frame will not be accepted.
  2. Returns/exchanges are applicable only for damaged products. Customers must record a video of the package and the unpacking process to serve as proof in case of damage or missing items.
  3. The product must be Unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original tags and packaging intact.
  4. Items without tags or those not in their original condition (especially sarees) will not be accepted.
  5. Customized products, cut fabrics, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  6. Shipping costs are non-refundable
  7. If the delivery package is tampered with, refuse the package and email us at elegancebypreeti@gmail.com with your Order ID. A replacement will be issued at no extra cost.
Return Process
  • Contact us at elegancebypreeti@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9845204526 with your Order ID, supporting photos, and reason for return/exchange.
  • After approval, the product will be picked up within 2–5 business days.
  • Customers in locations not covered by our shipping partner must arrange their own return shipment and will receive a credit note of up to INR 300 for reverse shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders canceled before shipping will receive a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation requests can be raised via the “My Account” section, email at elegancebypreeti@gmail.com, or WhatsApp 9845204526.
Refund Policy:
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product in good condition, following a quality inspection.
  • Refunds will exclude shipping charges, which are non-refundable.
  • Elegance reserves the right to deny refund in case of soiled or damaged products.
Refund methods:
  1. Credit Card: The refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment or the account specified during the refund process. The refund amount will be issued after deducting any applicable bank charges. This process typically takes 7 to 14 days, depending on the bank and the payment method used.
  2. Net Banking/UPI: Refunded within 7 business days after approval.
  3. If the first exchange is returned for a refund, reverse shipping charges will be deducted.
Exchange Policy
  • Raise an exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product, including: Order ID and Customer Name and Product code of the item for exchange
  • Exchanges are possible only once. Second exchanges will incur reverse and forward shipping charges.
  • If exchanging for a product of higher value, the additional payment must be made either at the time of placing the order or upon delivery (COD) of the new exchanged product.
  • If exchanging for a product of lower value, the balance will be refunded or provided as a credit note for future use.
