Returns & Exchange:

• We currently DO NOT accept any returns for this Product.
• Product can be exchanged only if arrived damaged or incorrect products. it is required to notify us within 48 hours and provide a snapshot via email to elegancebypreeti@gmail.com
• They should always, take a video of the package and unpacking process – We need this proof to raise a claim with the courier partner without which we won’t be able to offer compensation for any damage or missing items.
• Return accepted only within 7 Days.
• Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 12 hours of placing the order only. Orders cannot be cancel or returned once shipped or delivered.
