Elegance by Preeti® was born from a passion for handloom textiles and a desire to create a meaningful impact through sustainable fashion and ethical craftsmanship. What started as a small initiative has today grown into a globally trusted name in handloom textiles, natural silk products, and ethical textile exports from India.

Rooted in the rich textile heritage of Assam, we specialize in authentic Eri Silk, Muga Silk, Mulberry Silk, and Handloom Cotton crafted by skilled Indian artisans using traditional weaving techniques passed down through generations. We are proud to be a “Silk Mark Certified” company recognized by the Silk Mark Organisation of India, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.

Our journey began with Eri Silk, also known as Peace Silk or Ahimsa Silk, a sustainable and cruelty-free silk that allows the moth to complete its natural life cycle before the silk is harvested. Known for its softness, warmth, and durability, Eri Silk beautifully represents mindful luxury and conscious living.

Among our most treasured offerings is the rare and luxurious Muga Silk, famously known as the “Golden Thread of India.” Exclusive to Assam, Muga Silk is admired for its natural golden sheen, timeless elegance, and exceptional durability.

At Elegance by Preeti®, we work closely with both women and Men artisans and weaving communities from remote villages to preserve traditional craftsmanship and support sustainable livelihoods. Many of our products are handcrafted using natural and plant-based dyeing processes, reflecting our commitment to ethical and eco-conscious practices.
